* This event will take place in a beautiful and rustic lodge nestled near the Arkansas River on a large plot of wooded land.
* Inner Silence. Finding that place within that is both calm, and quiet. This can be a challenge for us, so setting an electronic free space, free of distractions to focus on ourselves is invaluable. Whether you know it or not, silence is within you. Imagine having a 24 hour period where there was no pressure on you, where you could just let go and connect to that inner silence.
* Beds will be provided and meals! You NEED to bring your own bedding
ls. This is a large venue! There are bunks upstairs, or feel free to pallet on the floor in the main room. Meals are also provided.
* Gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and seed syllables will fill the room as we let go of our daily habits and practice deeper states of awareness.
We shall not speak, but use other forms of communication. Through this we will flex our throats via mantras, and such. But direct communication will be avoided. Feel over-stimulated? This will be a perfect night for you, no electronics, tuning out to tune in.
Resisting the urge to speak with our mouths is a wonderful way to really see ourselves.
